Group Coaching

While working at Google, Swati had the opportunity to lead several team development off-sites including co-facilitating a 3-day workshop for an elite group of Google's Site Reliability Engineers (SREs).  The SREs were coming together from Mountain View and Zurich and were responsible for Google's most important product - Search.  The thee full days spent with nearly 20 engineers is what sparked Swati's interest in working more closely with engineers.
